RADIESSE (Calcium hydroxylapatite):​

Radiesse (Calcium hydroxylapatite) contains spheres of uniform Calcium hydroxylapatite suspended in a sodium carboxymethylcellulose gel carrier that is found naturally in human bones and is a mineral-like compound. RADIESSE is approximately 30% CaHA and 70% gel carrier by volume.

RADIESSE is injected under the skin in a minimally invasive procedure. Injection of the product provides an immediate and visible correction to the wrinkle. There is no skin sensitivity testing or reconstitution required.

Radiesse is used for:

​

• Moderate-to-severe creases such as nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and frown lines

• Enhance fullness of the cheeks and other facial contours

• Improve volume in areas of facial wasting such as can occur in HIV-positive people taking certain medications

This type of dermal filler is known to produce a very natural result, doesn't migrate and side effects are rare. This dermal filler was first used in dentistry and reconstructive surgery and has a long safety record.

JUVEDERM (hyaluronic acid):​

Juvederm Volbella XC, Juvederm Ultra XC, Juvederm Voluma XC, Juvederm XC, Juvederm Vollure XC

Juvederm is a family of injectable hyaluronic acid dermal fillers used to provide 9 to 18 months (depending on the product used) of correction for moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds (lines from the nose to the corners of the mouth). It is also used for lip augmentation.

• Juvederm Volbella XC is used for lips and around the lip area to add subtle volume and to smooth vertical lip lines

• Juvederm Ultra XC is also for the lip and surrounding tissue but is designed to add more fullness than Juvederm Volbella XC

• Juvederm Voluma XC is for the cheek area to give a subtle lift that increases volume and contours the cheek area

• Juvederm XC Is suitable for moderate or severe facial folds or wrinkles such as the fold that runs from your nose to mouth (parentheses lines)

• Juvederm Vollure XC is also suitable for moderate or severe facial wrinkles or folds but may last longer than Juvederm XC
